How do I purchase the ticket?

Find your event by typing the artist, team, or venue name in the “Search” box at the top right corner of any page on our web-site. You can also search events by cities or dates.

  • Select quantity of tickets*
  • Select ticket section and its price.
  • Add your tickets to the cart.
  • Review your order and choose delivery. Tickets can be printed out (at Your home), sent via mail or picked up at one of our office locations.
  • Enter your name, billing and shipping information, email address, phone number and additional information if required. You can either create an account with us or check out as a guest.
  • Enter credit card information to complete your purchase. We may ask for the three-digit Card Identification Number (CIN) on the back of your credit card (it’s the four-digit number on the front of American Express cards). When you click “Submit Order” your credit card will be charged, and we’ll send a confirmation email with your event and billing information. (To prevent fraud, tickets can be mailed only to the cardholder’s billing address.).
  • You’ve got tickets: once you receive your order number, you’re done!

How do I receive my tickets once I’ve paid?

  • Tickets will be sent according to the shipping/delivery method you have requested. You will receive a PDF in your

email to print out tickets at home and if requested, tickets will be mailed to your home. Tickets are also available for a pick up at one of our locations.

How do I print a ticket?

  • For online orders: To print your tickets, you can use the link on your order confirmation page or the link in your email confirmation. If you are ready to print immediately, follow the link on your order confirmation page. If you would like to wait to print your order, you can print using the link in your email confirmation.
  • For phone orders: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed. Within that email, you will receive a link to print your order.

Will my tickets be accepted at the entrance?

  • Yes!
  • The ticket that is printed through your printer is a valid, legitimate ticket. Make sure you keep it in a safe place.
  • Each ticket has a serial number and can be scanned through QR-code.

Can I use a copy or photocopy of the ticket?

  • No! Each ticket has a bar code which will be scanned at check out. You can ONLY use original tickets sent to your email right after you’ve placed an order.

What if I did not receive my email confirmation?

What if my tickets are lost/stolen?

  • In such case, please contact us at [email protected].
  • We can replace your ticket after you confirm your identity.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

  • If you decide to upgrade your ticket, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.
